This two-day staff retreat was hosted on a private ranch in Copperopolis and designed as a fully immersive escape from the everyday.
From the moment guests arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and elevated. Glamping tents created a comfortable yet adventurous home base, while a central dining tent, custom bathrooms, and on-site chefs ensured every detail felt intentional and seamless. Nothing was left to chance- every element was brought in to transform an open ranch into a fully functioning, unforgettable retreat environment.
The setting encouraged connection, presence, and play. With wide-open landscapes as the backdrop, the retreat balanced structured moments with time to unwind, gather, and enjoy being together away from screens and schedules.
More than a getaway, this retreat was a reminder of the power of place and experience- proof that when teams are brought together in a setting that feels special, meaningful connections naturally follow.
